Wilfried Nancy stated he was not afraid of losing his job, claiming, “We are very near to things turning around,” in the wake of sliding worryingly close to the exit with a heavy setback against the Ibrox side.

A Second-Half Meltdown Sees Old Firm Loss

Nancy’s Persistent Belief

Nancy remains focused on the fact his team show good levels for a half at a time. “The performance we had at times was exceptionally high. This is the reality. I wouldn't speak so positively if it was untrue. But that’s why, when it comes to wins, I mentioned we've seen this before. Which is why I believe we are really close to getting it right. Currently: details, details, details.”

“We produced a lot of encouraging signs that we did, like today again. However is performing for 90 minutes. My outlook would be different the same. This is why I am a big believer we will manage to turn things around.”

Opposition Reaction Stance

Rangers manager refused to contemplate a championship push despite what appeared to be a landmark win. “Step by step, so we can gradually build something here,” he said. “The belief in the group is excellent.”
